Accomplishments:

·        1990 - Front-page,  Damascus Gazette Newspaper for playing a private drum show for the Damascus High School Community Based Special Education Program.

·        1991 - Accepted into Montgomery Collage’s Jazz Consortium Summer Program in the 9th grade

·        1993 - Composed Damascus High School Marching Band Cadence

·        1994 - Composed Damascus High School Drum Break Halftime Show

·        1994 - Certificate of Appreciation from the President of the United States (Bill Clinton) for playing a concert for him

·        1994 - Auditioned for and selected to play snare in the Marine Corp Band.  Turned it down because change of mind in joining the military.

·        Wine Connoisseur (Especially fond of the Australia Shiraz and California Red Zinfandel grapes.  However, Merlot and Cabernet are very robust and tasty too!)
